We are proud to offer an International AMS Diploma, delivered through a bilingual (English/Romanian) course with live translation—perfectly suited to aspiring professionals and adult learners balancing work and studies.
This rich program is structured into academic instruction delivered both online and in-residence, and supervised practicum, giving you both theoretical grounding and hands-on experience in fully-equipped Montessori classrooms.
At the beginning of the program, each participant receives a set of comprehensive Montessori manuals covering every curricular area, supporting your learning journey during and after the course . The practicum is supervised by experienced AMS-certified trainers, who offer personalized mentoring and guidance for an entire year—ensuring a smooth transition from training to confident practice in the classroom.
Graduates also enjoy two years of complimentary AMS membership, connecting you to a vibrant international Montessori community and ongoing professional development opportunities. The course's design—combining intensive in-person modules in Bucharest with flexible online sessions—has been tailored specifically for working adults, allowing you to pursue your Montessori diploma without disrupting your career or lifestyle.

Mission and vision
A true Montessori educator undergoes a deep transformative thorough training and long enough practicum phase in an appropriately designed environment, so that at the end of course he/she feels perfectly capable of handling an authentic Montessori classroom.
Our mission
We want to offer educators, pedagogues, teachers and anyone else passionate about early education the possibility of a complex and complete training path that represents a profoundly transformative experience and offers the possibility of establishing long-lasting professional relationships with other members of the international Montessori community. At the end of a course, we want each participant to be equipped with all the necessary knowledge, and to feel able to effectively manage the group of children entrusted to him.
Our vision
We research, we study, we experiment and we apply an authentic Montessori education that honors the spirit of Maria Montessori and gives children the opportunity to develop their full potential.
We never deviate from the principle of Follow the Child and place observation and continuous personal development among the central pillars of our activity as educators, pedagogues, trainers.
